Comments:
Ahh much better running in the afternoon. Right after first day of work. Should work out well get out around 5. If im hungry eat first, if not run first. No problem running around 7. Anyways, it was nice and cool out. Ran around the outer loop of campus, aiming to get on the bike path. Found it at the SW side. Its about a mile away from the dorm. Hit it up it is real chill should be good for steady states. There are some intersections, and I hear it goes for like 8 miles. Didnt go the whole way turned around after 20 mins or so and headed back toward Amherst Center. Ran past the Amherst College track. Took a side st (lincoln) back instead of Pleasant. It was nicer there but a ton of potholes. Felt good till the last hill near the end. Better pace today, the roads kinda made my legs sore. Shorter run tomorrow, venture off to find the trails Cromer was talking about.
Did ankle drills outside when I got back, but it started to rain, so went inside to stretch roll L7. My suite is realtivly empty, basically have it all to myself since I dont see my suitemate much... If I get bored im going to have to make an effort to connect up with the other kids.
Run wasnt quite 6... but way more than 5.5 so pace was a little quicker...
