  Comments: 
steeplechase.  the pace felt so pedestrian, but my legs eventually tired out, then i slipped on the top of the water jump and banged my hip kinda hard.  i felt really comfortable with the hurdles; was alternating the foot off which i leapt.  feel like i could run significantly faster with a little leg strengthening.
