I ran my usual loop with a little extra added to git rid of the half mile in my mileage from yesterday.
This was another stomach difficulty run, but this time instead of blaming it on something else, I recognize it was completely my fault. I ate way too much right before going to bed last night, and recall that no matter how much I feel like I need to do that it never seems to result in my feeling good the next morning. I got what I had coming to me.
It was still a decent run and I felt better toward the end.
