Weather: cool but humid

Comments:
A nice run. Wore hat to keep sweat out, but felt a bit hotter with it on. Drank about 40oz water during run and another 30 right after. Gel at 30 minutes. Easy pace for most of the run and picked things up a bit for last mile. Managed to slide under an 8:30 pace. Knee felt totally fine.
