Comments:
Ran w/ Drew. Did a workout at the top of the mountain. We did a really short warm-up like a mile and a half cuz its so hilly up there. Then I did 8x150m hills alternating w/ 8x150m stides, recovery was to jog back. Felt sluggish, not really getting much power out of the leg. Strides started to feel better as it went on but was hardly getting any power out of my leg going up the hill so I cut it short. I was going to do 10. I did a really short cool down just a mile cuz my leg was done. It was a short mileage day.
