some warmup, i can never remember to keep track
attempted workout:
3 x 250 hard, 50 recovery
2 x 50 sprint, 20 sec recovery
kicked with blaire.
IM with blaire.
random other laps that i didn't count mixed in and at the end.
I wish I had more time; I had to go to class. I felt like I couldn't get a really good workout in, but thats ok, an easy day probably wasn't a bad thing...
