Felt tight all over today. Just didn't feel decent. I'm glad I recognized this though and didn't push into it. Just slowed down and kept within myself. It was still a good run though. Got a lot of the lights.
Did some strides after. My body isn't used to moving that fast. So I'll work into it. Uphill strides on Bellfield. Walked back. Just four of them. I'll work in more as the summer progresses.
