Comments:
Only needed to get in about 5.8 but I got confused while I was running as to whether or not I had run a certain loop or not so I just added on a certain part just to be sure, not really a big deal. First 1.5 was in 11:50 then it just kept going down from there. 11:50, 23:22, 34:19 then the next 1.6 I ran a 6:43 pace with the last 300 about 90-95%. Felt good. As I said earlier, taking off tomorrow and then practice from Monday-Friday at 9. Should be interesting as I haven't run in the morning in well over 3 months haha.
In relation to mileage, pretty proud of ymself that I got in 40+ on only 6 days, hopefully I'll stay healthy and get stronger quick.
