Still sick so concentrating on knee exercises. Will run again Monday, April 6th.

Knees are feeling better than they have in over a year. I can really tell the difference between weak knees and semi-weak knees. Run much more fluidly and without as much effort. Excited to see where I am six months from. First week of September I'm running in the Nevada Twilight Meet, some mid-majors and semi-pros usually come, possibility of a PAC-10 school, UCLA came two years ago. I want to no slower than 22 minutes.
