morning swim

Went to the pool for the morning swim. Very convenient the gym is literally across the street (I can see it from my dorm room window) so I can just walk over there and jump in. Did

The time seems to go longer when you count your distance. Felt ok, my arms felt like they were burning in the middle, and i swallowed a bunch of water...

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Quick stretch in the showers then rolled when I got back to my room. Ehh feeling better. Cant feel it all the time, but I noticed it walking up the stairs. A big push off seems to trigger it.
