3 up, 20 min tempo on the track (5800m), 4x400m with 2 minutes rest, 3.5 down

Hit 5:30's for the tempo, 74, 69, 68, 69 for the quarters. Felt tough but good. Did it in trainers, so the 400's were tough to get moving on.
