First Day of Practice

Weather: Raining, Mid 70's

Comments:
This week Gene decided to hold practice at 9 so that kinda sucks but whatever, nice to see how everyone's coming along and such. First time running fast in a very very long time today, needless to say I'm sore as fuck. Little warmup, felt terrible but alright. Then a 6 minute progression run then 5 100's, 1 200, 3 of the double hill intervals. 100's sucked, the 200 I was crusuing and ran a high 32 so..that was good. Then the double hill I went 52, 52, then 48=9 with 1 minute rest then 30 seconds. felt really really good with them, didnt even feel like I was runnin' hard. Then played dodgeball and an extremely intense game of basketball, like legit I was tired as fuck afterwards haha. Begged erik and/or leonard to come with me to get some more miles in but they wouldn't so grabbed my ipod and went out~ Felt kind of shitty haha
Not really sure whether to log the running from the bball game as legit or not..at least a quarter mile. I'll add it in if I'm short this week lolz
