Rec Center bike sesh

Felt awfully tired today, especially in the afternoon. The biking went well but I got really bored, so I didnt go that long. It was really hot again today, that might have affected my energy levels. Legs felt good though. IT was tight after the run but I felt loose today. Shin was good, a little phantom soreness here and there.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, abs, push ups

Essentials after ellipticaling. The stretching place at the gym is kinda small and gets cramped up. Good stretch though. Did hammy on the exercise ball and ankle circles. Decent workout at the end of the day even though I dont really get my HR up that much on the machines. I still feel like I am in the shape I should be at this point in the summer. We got a ways to go still.
