OVH/Hy-Miler Loop-
With my down week this week, I had only 13.5 miles left for the next two days, and since I was under a bit of a time crunch today before I drove to Cincinnati for one of my high schools friend's wedding. I was fired up this morning about some of the things I've been doing badly this summer and decided now it's time to make some changes.
It's been a long time since I've run this route, mainly because I very rarely run short enough.
