Comments:
12 minute warmup with the girls...
group #1..600,400,200 times 3
group #2 400,300,200,100 x 2
both groups 6x70 meter strides to finish and
10 minutes of cooldown.
I did 18 minutes of cooldown..
30 minutes total.. great workout for the girls
not a good day for me.. lots of stiffness in both
knees.. hamstring was OK..
