Exercise Type: Run

Weather: chilly and dark... a perfect 38F

Comments:
Ran my 3 mile loop. It was dark (9:30ish), which apparently makes me run incredibly fast. My shins started really hurting about 1 mile in, but I kept running and I think I got used to it. My knees were kind of hurting too (I think I may have stepped in a couple holes or something because it was dark and thrown my knees off their stride) but I was able to run through that too! Hooray. It felt soooooo good to run again... even though it didn't. Does that make sense?
