Weather: So hot, grateful fo the breeze

Comments:
Long run with LT pace in it. Started out by running up Mt. Scio.
Wanted to do 2x 10' @LT pace but only managed to do 1 of them. Said hello to lots of people. Stopped at the bath room at QV to cool myself down. Did a bit of the run with SD. Very tired at the end.
