Comments:
So hot out today. IT really hasnt been like this. Didnt really matter all that much for running. I was out with the family all day, down at the Basketball Hall of Fame and Northampton. A much better sunday than last week... I got back to my room after dinner, digested for a little, then went out on a night run with Kevin. By then the weather was very pleasant and comfortable. We might have to be throwing in more night runs soon. It works out fine, I only study and watch tv in the evenings. Felt good we kept a great pace, chatting the whole time. Shin was sore as we brought it in though. Not terrible.
Essentials: Stretch, hips, L7, roll, pushups
Stretched in the dark. It was very nice out if the bugs werent there, I would have chilled longer. Did some legs swings then came back up to roll, stretch out the hammies and do some pushups. Ice the shin later too since I didnt do that yesterday.
Not quite 6.5 but its a good add on. Looking to bump up to 1hr runs in the next week, around 9-10 miles for a long. Also, a 31 mi week on 5 days = dec, good progress for me I guess. If I keep at it it will all come together.
