AC Trails

July 3, 2012 (Night)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ate early then went in the evening. Molly and Kevin and I met up and went back down to the AC Trails. It was very pleasant out. We went pretty quick, a bit faster than training pace. I guess thats good get the legs in once a week or so. I was kinda trailing off the back. The trails I slowed down too to watch the ankle. We added on another loop parallel to the bike path which was pretty cool. Worked into the pace and felt pretty good bringing it back on University. This one went way better than the last time Kevin and I ran this. Stopped a few times here and there for bathroom breaks. Shin felt good. Legs felt a little heavy at points, but overall felt good.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, ankles, roll, pushups

Quickie stretch outside, bugs were coming so we went in, only to find out Chaz broke my phone charger... Longest run in a while Ill take it easy tomorrow, maybe just do a little mileage easy and a circuit.

Estimating on the mileage. I am pretty sure with the add on loop it made it 8 though. This isnt really my long run I like fitting those in on the weekend.
