After the heat yesterday, legs needed an off day. I was getting really tired and low energy at the end of lab today. Didnt really want to bike at first, but got into it. I was going at a decent effort level. Went 35 on the upright, my bum was getting sore, so switched over to the recumbent and did 20. Pretty mindless biking, but Shes out of my League was on, and I enjoyed watching it.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, hammies, Roll, shins&calves, abs

Good essentials. Legs still feel tired afterwards... shins fine though. I was starving after the workout, so I didnt lift and went straight to eat. Get in a crossfit this weekend.
