Puffers

Late afternoon run today with Kevin and Molly. We did a little different route than the usual PHPP. Went into mill creek again, then up around Puffers in the woods. Popped out on the RFT then headed over to the train tracks and the woods. They lost me and we played a little game of hide and seek. Eventually met back up and came back on Pulpit Hill Rd... Everyone has there days. Molly was hurting Tues, but I felt great. Other way around today. I felt really slow and heavy. I got dropped as we were coming back. The pace just wasnt what I needed or could handle. Started out awfully fast. I slowed down a lot. Legs didnt feel all that bad, just not quick at all. Kinda got a stitch coming in... Ehh got the miles in though.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, hammys, pushups, ice

Did some striders to get the legspeed in. Going to incorporate a lot now it is July. Stretched for a little outside then came in. Tired at the end of the week... Must be because I am working hard lol. It doesnt really feel like it, but I am actually making a lot of progress. Think the running is coming along better. Keep moving up as it comes. Start working my way into the 40s and 50s. Id like to be there at the end of the summer... I also want to check out the other side of the high way tomorrow, at a cruising pace...

Tried to map it. Its a little more than 6, but add in the striders. Also, the run was way below 7 for most of it, but I was crawling at the end, so the pace evens out.
