i ran the veach rd. greenbelt loop around today..
first mile very ez then mile 2 @ 7:45 and mile 3 @ 7:31.. that's as fast as i could go. hamstring feels very good, but am having some pretty fair knee pain in both knees. its time for my yearly cortisone to relieve some of the aches..
