Drill 4x50 (10).  The drill I usually choose is the fist drill.  It helps me find efficiencies in my forearms and larger muscle groups.
8x150 @ 2:45 (desc 1-4 & 5-8).  2:12, 2:10, 2:09, 2:08, 2:19, 2:11, 2:08, 2:07.  I'm begining to get a feel for these descending intervals.  The start of the first descend was probably too fast.  I could feel that I was putting too much power into it to maintain the descent, but I was able to do it anyway.  That's why the start of the second descent was much slower.
