got down there late, so i had to run the workout myself. i went 43, 44, 43, 42, 41. forgot how it felt to run that fast...i'm happy with it for doing it by myself, but i really didn't feel it until the last interval or two. I took it a bit too conservatively at the beginning i think. still a great workout, i really liked it.
