Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
10x200 with a decathlete who goes to notre dame that I met. 2 sets of 5 with about 1:20 between intervals (slow 200 jog) and ~3:00 set break. Solid workout for not doing anything of the sort for 2+ months. first set was 32's second set were 30's and 31's. he said he's going to do 500s next week coming through the 400 66-68. haha, we'll see how that feels...i'm out of shape.
