Comments:
I would def say it was hot out today. Even when I went out to dinner at 5, it felt like an oven. I pushed off running til after 7. Good idea it felt great out then as the sun was setting. Fitting in a shorter run today, just went on the classic loop alone. Kinda played to how I was feeling, not really focusing on a pace. Started out super slow, but picked it up on the way back when I hit Lincoln. Felt heavy and such also out but nice and focused coming back. That is a good way to do a training run I feel. Woke up this morning and the bottom of my foot was really tender and hurt. I stepped on something sharp while doing the barefoot yesterday. It didnt hurt right after, but I guess it swelled up in the night. Didnt really feel it while running. Shins also felt very very good. strengthing seems to be working... I also ran through a race near the stadium think. Who does 5ks at 7:00 PM??

Essentials: Stretch, L7, ankle walks, abs, roll, ice

Down to the school. There were some other kids there hanging out. Two of them were getting their lift on on the playground. Yea... Good to stretch it out. I feel like I am past that transition into this next level of mileage. Not as tired and legs feeling better once I get into the run (they are stiff in the beginning) I technically have one more step up, to ~55-60 miles. Play it as it comes though, and really just try to get better everyday.
