Same thing as thursday and I thought it would be about the same pace but I was wrong. My perception is always a little off at night so I thought I was moving alot faster than I really was, legs felt good though, very light. Took off yesterday cause I had an adventure out in ruxton baby, well worth it haha. Leg workout afterwards. Been working out every since the beginning of july or end of june..whenever I took off that week. Switching it up from upper body, legs, abs, off repeat. Havent been getting my abs as much lately but still heavy on the other stuff, definitely plan on keeping it up. Maybe Lock Haven is still a possibility.
OH, last quarter was really the only time that I went hard, and even that was more like a controlled effort not all out. It was 75 flat for .26 miles so probably about a 73 or so.
