Exercise Type: Run

Holy moly did not mean to go that long or slow for that matter. Went out on the C&O canal, intending to turn up to Macarthur a ways down up by the Sycamore store aaand missed the turnoff. The next turn off/bridge like thing was up by Cabin John and had no idea how to get back from there so went back on the canal then turned up by the Maryland ave neighborhood and finally finally got onto Macarthur just in time for the storm to hit. Pretty sore after, looong stretch and a little strength. And I think this week is the most mileage I've ever done. So much work to do... Not quite sure whether to build maintain or back off next week, guess play it by ear, though I don't think I'll be adding too much...
Oh and foot went numb 90 minutes in?
craving mango after. went to safeway, bought 5 and ate 3.
