95 degrees in the sun at gilman. hottest track workout I've ever done

2.5 mile warmup

5 x 1 mile w/ 400 time rest recovery

2.5 mile cooldown

After two I thought I may have to call it at three. Decided that four was my limit. Seconds before Dustin started his last interval I decided to jump in. Probably the most I've sacked up and gone for it.

Negative split all intervals at 800. Tough, made me realize how out of shape I am, but again, glad I muscled through it.
