Sunday Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool, mild, wet from overnight.

Comments:
Ran all the way out to Blackburn rd along the EastLink trail. Felt good. Lost concentration at about 3/4ths the way through - need to maintain the focus so that I don;t let my times blow out. Feet hurt a little during but okay by the end. Will need carbo drink on runs longer than 90min - came home very dehydrated and lacking energy. Feel okay now (nighttime), a little stiff but no great issues.
Used the marathon tunes from Itunes to run to - very good! Set to abeat of 160bpm and thats what I averaged for the whole 90min. Very impressed!
