Comments:
Decided I'm hopeless at getting good at hills, so I went to General Soulcrusher/happy bunny for a tempo. And it hurt. 20 minute warmup, 25 minute tempo, 20ish minute cool down. Tempo felt fast but it. Struggling the last 7 minutes, but that was the point of the run, and I think I'm glad I did it. Strength after, knees are getting destroyed from all these lunges and squats. Excited to explore more this coming week!
