Comments:
Just chilled for this run until about a mile a left I told myself I was gonna try and run it hard and see what happens. Secretly I wanted to hit 5:30 but I knew that wouldnt happen. Felt real good til about 500 to go til the mile mark (accidentally ended up going about 1.09)then kinda died, I was on pace for 5:40 until the .95 mark then I slowed down and the last 100 I picked it up again haha. Legs felt decent and arms were pretty tired but my breathing was not in check at all, ugh.
All one run.
