Comments:
Heart Rate max at 6:30 pace on TM 132. Start heart rate 80 - 5 min after fast pace stop 95 heart rate. 5 and 5 run walk pattern. Severe knee pain first 5 min at 11 min pace. better after warm. foot pain in rt leg AFTER workout .
