6:10AM. Sleep: 7 hr. Decided to do a slightly longer run since I missed out on yesterday, on my way back, some bug in the grass jumped out and bit me on the back of the far (left) calf, really stung, stopped for a bit and continued on my way, stretch, crunches and pushups.
