Weather: chilly and kinda windy, but nice

Comments:
so it felt really good to stretch out my legs yesterday, though the elliptical wasn't too fun. neither was the treadmill. so i went outside. i like running in the mornings... especially spring/summer mornings. but anyways. i put prewrap under my knees and the pressure seemed to help. or maybe it was just that im taking it easy and am careful to stretch. i don't know. either way i'm glad i'm not hobbling. they still hurt if i have them bent for too long or sometimes when im walking, but hopefully they're getting better.
