Reverse PHPP + Backwoods

Comments:
Morning run with Kevin. My roommates were pretty loud last night, so I didnt get that great of a sleep. Not a huge deal, I was tired when I woke up, but got into it. We went out to Mill Creek and did the loop around Puffers the reverse way. Kevin was going 60min, so he went and did another loop. I just came back and added on in the backwoods. WE were cooking I felt. Quick pace around the lake, I held on, a little faster than my usual training pace. Eased back in the last two miles and slowed down to regular pace. Overall felt way better than I do on most morning runs. Legs felt fine, ankle is still a little stiff. The humidity was like 99% (not even joking) so my glasses fogged up.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, pushups, roll

After coming out of the backwoods, did a few striders to make it 7. Quick stretch and chatting in front of the dorm before heading in. Get to rest my legs tonight, and game time decision the xtrain tomorrow or thursday.
