Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Another morning run, solo this time. Not too tired, got a better sleep (they were quieter tonight). First double this summer to get above 50, which I will probably peak at. I was doubling at this time last summer, but a little ahead on miles. NBD to shift it all. It was sunny but cool out, fine loop went really slow. Felt sluggish, but this wasnt a slog, I actually enjoyed it. Legs felt fine, ankle fine, back a little sore from getting up and going.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Pretty quick and easy essentials. More tonight.
