Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran easy/moderate w/Jeff. Worked on trunk forward and hip extension.
Had a gym visit at Marist HS at the end of the day. Was gonna tempo run along the river but 1.) I felt super shitty (allergies?) and 2.) it was super-windy. Lifted weights instead, then went to yoga (=not a good idea to do back to back).
