Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran up to the xcfh for a planned run with david, and presumably chris. david was running a lil late and perisa wanted to unwidn from studying so we played some halo. you know, typical mid run stuff. i'm real shitty at halo, but managed 8 kills. solid. then went out on our run. it was pretty nice out. a little humid, but not too hot. did 8 with david, and chris finished to the village with me. it started to pour right after we left david, and it was amazing. i was very happy about when it decided to rain. chris wanted to jump the barrier at the track, and the pit was open so he did it once, and convinced me to give it a try. the first one was very rough, i was a bit scared i couldn't jump that high, but then realized it wasn't so bad and did it for real a second time. kind of cool. the pit wasn't completely full, bit i still landed in the edge of the water haha. chris keeps telling me i should try the steeple. we'll see. i think every time he talks a bout it pushes me a little closer. its my poor little knees that keep me from it, haha. if its anything like him trying to convince me to do materials science, well we know how that ended. screwed up my time somewhere, so i have no clue what time was. it felt about what i was doing when i felt goo earlier this summer.

been doing abs and push ups. its hard to remember to add it to the log. i moved up to 8 by 45, and 2 by 35. i think at the beginning of next week i'm going to switch to 8 by 50, and try and do as many push ups at once as possible. pretty sure i can hit 60 now. men's health!
