Comments:
Kevin and I headed out in the evening. Temp was perfect. I didnt want to get attacked by bugs, so we headed out towards town. Once we got downtown, we decided to just keep going on pleasant. We ended up making it to Groff Park, and kinda just kept plotting down the road. The dirt road eventually connected up to the bike path, and we took that all the way back to University and Commonwealth. Real nice course. It looks like a figure 8 loop, and its almost 8 miles! Sweet. Kept a good pace, upbeat for sure. Talked about grad school and our summers so far. I talked a lot, and it kinda gave me a stitch near the end. I was getting tired... Finished up well as everyone was out playing soccer in the field.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, ankle walks, roll

Legs felt great today, shins sore in beginning, but not too bad overall. Like I said together we kept a good pace. Good stretch too, take it easy tomorrow (got to work on my Powerpoint and watch Olympics all day!) and probs ice too. Im too afraid to go get my ice cup because my reclusive roommate's friends are all up in the common room, and they smell funny and are watching some weird japanese cartoons...

Also, my orthotics are on their last limbs. I can repair them for now, but I need to get new ones ASAP when I get back to Cleveland.
