Weather: 68 degrees and slight head wind on the track
Comments:
did a 400 w/up, then paced heather and dayle to 6 laps at 85 pace, then 3 laps at 80 pace. Then coached for 30 min. then warmed up 1200 w/steve, followed by a 3 mile continuous (400-400), then 1 mile cool down with ut guys.
