Comments:
Did some repeat 300s, working on:
1.) "hooking" with the big toe on the R
2.) letting my back extend and my hip lenghten/extend
Ran easy, then cut down:
58, 56, 55, 54, 53, 54
Felt good! Back wasn't sore in PM.
