Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
At the gym. Was originally intending to split this up more, but I was feeling great and the Olympics were on so I watched those while I ran. US women's gymnastics did an awesome job pulling through for the gold. Felt really smooth tonight. Nothing was sore, nothing was tight. I ran all of it in my flats, but if that's how those feel during and after, I should probably train in them a little more often.
