Just ane asy run for my mid week one as usual. Wasn't too sure about the route but I only wanted to get 3 in and ended up going a bit over but oh well. 14:15 on the way out (8:14 pace), 13:24 on the way back in (7:44 pace). Felt smoothe and easy.
