ran by myself after work. it was hot. bleh. i wanted to get it over with, as i was already feeling tired and like i didnt want to run, why prolong it. i felt decent on the run. it was too hot to feel good i think. plus i was working harder than usual at work today. i was running the elevator in clarke, pushing furniture in and out of it all day! so many pieces of furniture. and more tomorrow. woo.
