Comments:
Ran with Matt from the high school down Burton-Windsor, and then on a new piece of the bike path, that has not been connected to headwaters yet, but it real nice and shaded, has once covered bridge, and is all wooded. That took us in to Middlefield, where we looped around a bit before coming back up into Burton.
Essentials: 300 abs, Gluteals, 75 push-ups
