Comments:
Long run from S. Chagrin with Chris Kelly. Bridle path to the polo fields, then chagrin river road to the private drive leading up to the farm. Went up to the farm on the trails, ran the first mile, then out to fairmount, down the hill to chagrin river road, and back the same way. Felt pretty good.

Very quick stretch before heading to church 40 minutes late.

Essentials: 300 abs, 75 push-ups, hips
