Gap Trail from Aclands

Weather: Hot and muggy but cooled down later

Comments:
it was like an oven when i started running, so I went on the gap trail even though i wanted to be off of the pavement, but that ended up being a great decision. gap trail was cooler and well-shaded almost the entire way and it cooled off a lot outside as the run went on. felt really good after the first few miles - a little soreness in my quads at first but got better. stretched and did abs afterwards.
