My final summer training run in Burton, perhaps forever, at least the final training run for a competitive season. My first sentiment of my final year :( Burton-Windsor, Hale, Butternut, Aquilla, Rt. 87 loop. Felt pretty decent; muggy overcast weather.
Essentials: 200 abs, hips, 75 push-ups.
