Comments:
2 Mile Warmup. 7 x 800 with 60 sec. recovery.
Ran with a slower group. Still trying to find my fitness level. Times were 2:33 to 2:40. Finished in 2:22. I was holding back but it felt good to stretch the legs out a bit.
Did Side leg raises to strengthen IT.
